Compensation: $20-24/hour

Hours: 24 hours/week - Weekends

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Longmont, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity.
Patient's needs include 24 hours per week, Friday – Sunday from 12pm-8pm.

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care
• Remind patient to take medication as prescribed
• Maintain records and documentation of service
• Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient

• Current CPR certification
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Dependable transportation
