Responsibilities- Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools—under the supervision of providers.
- Work with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
- Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to providers.
- Assist in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
- Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado.
- CPR certification (demonstration course required).
- For LPN: 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
- Valid TB screening.
- COVID-19 vaccination card.
- Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in October–March.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication and compassion.
- LPN hourly pay range: $32-$35 per hour.
