What You'll Do:- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Deliver compassionate nursing care that promotes the highest practicable well-being of our patients.
- Make independent decisions when necessary to enhance patient care.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state with an active LPN license in good standing.
- One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment.
Job Requirements
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Competently deliver quality nursing care with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
