Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Manager works with leadership to set goals and builds a plan to achieve them.

- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers
- Communicate new events, operations excellence, and opportunities for advancement to the team
- Lead the team to meet restaurant level targets during shifts
- Be proficient in store operations, including knowledge of all stations, and train others accordingly
- Commit to 100% Total Customer Satisfaction
- Manage inventory and maintain food safety standards
- Plan and oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Monitor service and production procedures
- Ensure food, customer and crew safety and security
Health Care: ACA compliant; employees eligible after one year of full‑time service.
Wages: $22.50 and up based on experience and availability.

Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
