Responsibilities

Bag groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.

Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).

Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bascarts for checkout.

Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.

Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.

Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return bascarts, and clean spills, trash, and all store areas.

Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.

Reinforce safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.

Inspect equipment, report repairs, and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Follow all laws and company guidelines, work cooperatively in high-paced environments, and manage conflicts professionally.

Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Retail experience preferred but not required
