Job Description
Join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T and receive a $2,000.00 sign‑on bonus for qualified hires. If you speak Spanish and English, we’re looking for you! Our Retail Careers offer superb perks and may include additional starting pay for bilingual candidates.
What to ExpectEvery day you’ll be at the center of it all. Your goal? Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets and earning commission with AT&T’s full suite of products.
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt in a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving tech and ways we meet customers’ needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.
Base salary ranges from $16.57 to $20.45 per hour plus commission of $13,700+ if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can exceed $62,460 per year for top sellers. Salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education.

Sign‑on bonus is not applicable to internal employees. To be eligible, be hired by AT&T for the listed location. AT&T reserves the right to pay the first portion after 90 days of employment ($1,000) and the second after 6 months ($1,000). The total is $2,000. Receipt is contingent upon agreement with the Repayment Agreement; the bonus is repayable if voluntary termination occurs within 12 months of the first day of employment.
