Salary: $24 - $35 per hour.

• Repair and recondition small engines for agricultural products, ensuring each piece of equipment operates at peak performance.
• Use special tools and shop equipment while maintaining safety and order.
• Participate in service education training programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Provide customers with high-quality service to ensure reliable and efficient equipment.

• Extensive experience and proficiency using a computer
• Knowledge of Windows-based programs like Service Advisor, Parts Pro, the business system, and Internet Explorer
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, work overhead, and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to complete and pass the technician JDU core certifications (electrical, hydraulic, and service advisor) and Honda certification training
• Willingness to continue training with JDU and Honda to maintain knowledge of old and new products
• Valid driver's license
