Boiler Technician

Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong boiler expertise to join our team. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development

• 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
• Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team

The pay for this position is $23/hour or more ($100k–$175k earning potential) depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Performance‑based incentives and additional incentive pay may be included in the compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
