Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and enter supplier invoices in ERP system

• Reconcile and maintain accuracy of supplier statements

• Manage bi-weekly payment batches with precision

• Review and validate employee expense reports

• File and archive documents efficiently for audits

Requirements:

• Completion of DEP or AEC in accounting or equivalent

• 1 to 3 years in accounts payable or similar roles

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred

• Understanding of compliance in expense management
