Senior Internal Audit Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director – Internal Audit, this role requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. You will plan and conduct various audit engagements, improve audit techniques, and maintain comprehensive reporting. Successful candidates will have a CPA, proficiency in IFRS standards, and an analytical toolkit for identifying control weaknesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multiple non‑financial audit engagements

• Conduct financial audits and report on findings clearly

• Refine audit techniques for effective execution

• Coordinate tasks with external auditors seamlessly

• Organize training on internal controls for audited teams

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of internal audit experience required

• CPA certification mandatory; CIA or CISA preferred

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient understanding of IFRS standards

• Willingness to travel 10%–20% for audits
