Position: Techo-Bloc Invoicing Specialist
Drive efficiency as an Invoicing Specialist at Techo-Bloc by preparing and managing invoices for optimal billing. Ensure timely processing to uphold cash flow integrity.

This role demands precision and organization as you prepare and issue invoices based on service records and purchase orders. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve invoice issues and maintain accurate transaction records. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices according to service agreements

• Verify pricing, tax, and client information accuracy

• Ensure invoices are dispatched on schedule

• Keep comprehensive records of invoicing transactions

• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance preferred

• 1–3 years experience in invoicing or billing

• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions
