Senior Accounts Payable Agent Montreal

Join Domtar's Montreal team as a Senior Agent in Accounts Payable. Contribute to financial accuracy by handling invoicing and reconciling accounts in a dynamic hybrid workplace. In this full time permanent role, you will report to the Supervisor of Accounts Payable.

Your responsibilities include entering invoices, assisting with reconciliations, and facilitating weekly check runs. Collaborate effectively with locations, vendors, and management to maintain accurate records and evaluate potential improvements in processes.

• Enter invoices in Domtar's accounts payable systems
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts payable processes
• Execute weekly check runs for mills and customers
• Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Communicate effectively to maintain updated information files

• Bilingual in French and English
• College degree in accounting or 3+ years experience in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functionalities
• Minimum three years in similar accounts payable role
• Solid analytical and interpersonal skills
