Roctest seeks an Experienced Financial Controller to spearhead accounting and financial management. In this role, you will guide a talented team, manage multiple international accounting functions, and enhance financial performance through analytics and cost management strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete accounting operations including accounts management

• Prepare financial statements in line with US GAAP

• Conduct audits and manage tax compliance globally

• Develop and validate production cost models

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• At least 7 years of finance experience in manufacturing

• Bilingual in French and English

• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP solutions

• Proven leadership and analysis skills
