With your 2+ years of experience in billing or related finance role, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and internal Finance teams. This role involves overseeing invoices, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding, ultimately supporting strong cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full scope of accounts receivable processes

• Oversee invoice delivery and monitor outstanding payments

• Collaborate cross-functionally for accurate billing

• Respond promptly to inquiries and monitor communication channels

• Prepare aging reports and flag at-risk accounts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or finance experience

• Proficient in Net Suite or similar platforms

• Strong Excel skills including complex formulas

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Familiarity with subscription-based contracts
