Rejoignez Globalia en tant que Commis à la Comptabilité et à l’Administration de Bureau. Ce rôle clé combine gestion des finances et soutien administratif sur nos sites au Québec et aux États-Unis.
Globalia recherche un professionnel rigoureux et autonome pour assurer le suivi financier et l’entretien administratif. Vous serez en contact avec la vice-présidence et d’autres équipes en Amérique du Nord pour veiller à des opérations sans faille. Ce poste demande une attention aux détails et une capacité à gérer diverses responsabilités quotidiennement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traiter les transactions des comptes fournisseurs et clients
• Émettre des factures et suivre les paiements impayés
• Réaliser la conciliation bancaire et des cartes de crédit
• Agir comme point de contact pour le bureau au quotidien
• Gérer les fournitures et l’entretien du bureau
Requirements:
• Diplôme en comptabilité ou administration
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
• Maîtrise de Quick Books et de Microsoft Office
• Excellentes compétences en organisation
• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes à distance
