In this senior role, you will oversee management accounting for Agropur’s Canadian manufacturing plants. Your expertise will support the Vice President of Manufacturing through budgeting, results analysis, and monthly reporting. Collaborate with Plant Controllers to enhance financial performance and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support VP in operational and financial decision-making
• Analyze and explain monthly results with reports
• Develop budgeting and results analysis programs
• Maintain internal control safeguards
• Assist with year-end financial audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business environment
• Bilingual in French and English
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
