International Tax Manager ASC

Lead international tax across Mecka AI’s global entities, combining ASC 740 expertise with transfer pricing and cross-border compliance. Build processes supporting robotics data infrastructure.

As Manager, Tax, you will own direct and indirect tax across every entity and market. You will coordinate accounting teams and outside advisors on compliance, provisions, and audits. You will also advise commercial, operations, and legal teams on markets, deals, and acquisitions.

• Own corporate income tax, sales tax, VAT, GST, and withholding filings
• Prepare income tax provisions under US GAAP and ASC 740
• Build transfer pricing policies, agreements, and documentation
• Assess tax footprints before entering new countries
• Manage notices, audits, advisors, credits, and incentives

• Five to eight or more years of tax experience
• Big Four or national accounting firm experience
• In-house experience at a high-growth multinational company
• CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting or tax qualification
• Hands-on international tax and intercompany arrangement experience
