Cogir is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to strengthen our welcoming environment. This part time, on-call position offers 10 hours of work per week with flexible shifts.
Your role will include engaging with residents, ensuring smooth communication among staff, and maintaining a high level of service that promotes a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with inquiries
• Distribute notices efficiently to residents
• Facilitate communication across different shifts
• Note and follow up on resident requests
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism
Requirements:
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with retirement home settings is an asset
• Professional diploma in secretarial studies is beneficial
