Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service to diverse clients
• Coordinate and promote various services and events
• Handle administrative tasks with precision
• Complete the Annual Report and program IT-related reports
• Support the Settlement Services Manager as needed
Requirements:

• Presence and approachability with clients
