ERM Program Manager

Our partner company is searching for an experienced ERM professional to lead the execution of enterprise risk management. This hands-on role involves coordinating risk assessments, maintaining registers, and ensuring accurate and actionable risk information. Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, and Operations to identify emerging risks while driving effective mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ERM process and risk information collection

• Maintain risk registers accurately within GRC platforms

• Apply established ERM scoring models and validate risk ratings

• Organize regular check-ins with functional risk leads

• Prepare executive summaries and board materials efficiently

Requirements:

• 5–10 years' experience in operational risk or ERM

• Strong background in risk assessment and stakeholder management

• Proven capability with GRC platforms and reporting skills

• Familiarity with SEC, FINRA regulations, or similar

• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach
