In this supervisory role, you will collaborate closely with directors and engineers, analyzing plans and specifications from multiple disciplines. You'll monitor project progress, write reports, and propose solutions to technical issues. This position is crucial for ensuring work adheres to schedules and managing change requests while negotiating with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Monitor work progress and write detailed reports
• Review technical documents and propose solutions
• Manage change requests and negotiate with contractors
• Participate in site meetings and ensure schedule adherence
Requirements:
• AEC or DEC in building mechanics or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years in building mechanics required
• Proficiency in spoken and written French
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license for Greater Montreal travel
