Bilingual Site Contract Manager

HR Project Partners is searching for a Bilingual Site Contract Manager based in Longueuil, QC. This role demands strong skills in construction contract management and dispute resolution.

The selected candidate will oversee post-award contracts, ensuring compliance and managing claims effectively. You should possess a deep understanding of Québec regulations in construction, along with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory, as well as familiarity with SAP and various contract management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance with contractual terms after award

• Coordinate change orders and amendments with Procurement

• Oversee claims and disputes effectively

• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations

• Validate invoices against contract scope

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in construction contract management

• Proficient in claims and dispute resolution

• Knowledgeable about major contract types and Québec regulations

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Law preferred

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
