As a Customer First Centre intern, you will assist in necessary dashboard creation, data management, and stakeholder communication, all aimed at enhancing customer support and satisfaction. This position allows you to work on hands-on projects while developing key reporting and analytical skills, contributing significantly to engineering and technical assistance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and ensure accuracy of CRM data
• Create KPIs for CFirst and CSat teams
• Assist in crafting monthly reports for management
• Develop dashboards and project reports
• Support internal training and organization
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a Canadian university
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data tools
• Effective communicator and problem solver
• French and English fluency preferred
