Role Overview
Documentation Specialist
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end account opening process
- Prepare and review Treasury and Payment Solutions documentation
- Handle Entity Life Cycle changes, including:
- Signatory updates
- Legal name changes
- Mergers
- Address changes
- Perform client information updates across internal systems
- Upload and maintain documentation in SharePoint, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
- Ensure clear and qualified written communication (English & French)
- Provide customer support over the phone, offering guidance and assistance (English & French)
- Manage expectations and build strong relationships with Sales partners
- 1+ years experience working within Canadian banks
- Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written)
- Client-Facing roles within the bank
- Excellent customer service and ability to work with others
- Commercial Banking or Treasury Payments experience
