Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Service Manager in the aircraft engine component repair industry. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role demands expertise in client relations and knowledge of PWA engines, where you will act as a frontline representative providing comprehensive aftermarket support. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support in an engine component repair environment
• Collaborate with teams across IT, Quality, Operations, and Sales
• Understand customer requirements and foster strong relationships
• Manage customer accounts and project negotiate complex issues
• Prepare and coordinate customer visits and contract reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's or 5 years with Master's
• Knowledge of PWA engines and aftermarket industry
• Proficiency in SAP and component repair processes
• Excellent communication skills in English
