Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer health risks and usage patterns
• Manage the entire renewal lifecycle efficiently
• Lead renewal conversations and negotiate outcomes
• Engage customers through virtual meetings and emails
• Diagnose challenges and provide actionable recommendations
Requirements:
• Fluent in Quebec French
• 1–3 years in Customer Success or similar role
• Skilled in leading complex customer conversations
• Strong communication abilities in renewal discussions
• Comfortable with high-volume customer management
