Based in Longueuil, this position offers a commitment to at least one four-hour shift weekly. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will welcome passengers and provide critical information regarding airport amenities, helping them navigate smoothly. Your actions will embody YHU's commitment to operational safety and unparalleled customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and support passengers with inquiries
• Provide information on airport facilities and services
• Assist travelers in finding ground transportation
• Help with way finding and flight information
• Support teams during flights disruptions and peak times
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Background in customer service or tourism
• Approachable and adaptable attitude
• Fluency in both French and English
• Basic computer literacy needed
