As a Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the quality of service that Porter Airlines is known for. This role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, and a detail-oriented mindset. You’ll assist passengers with check-in procedures, manage luggage, and resolve inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Check-in passengers and manage luggage documentation
• Assist with boarding processes and handle special needs passengers
• Resolve baggage issues and maintain communication with passengers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational success
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, airline preferred
• Familiarity with Google Docs and scheduling tools
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Availability for rotating shifts including weekends
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs regularly
