Bilingual Customer Service Agent

This customer service position centers on member calls about group insurance coverage, claims, plan limitations, and related questions. You will support members and professionals, explain available tools, and manage follow-up through phone and email. The work requires English and French fluency, judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Provide prompt, accurate, respectful, and courteous customer service
• Answer coverage, claim, payment, and plan limitation questions
• Guide members through online portals and insurer platforms
• Respond to member emails within 48 business hours
• Process stop payments and route corrections appropriately

• At least two years of call centre or customer service experience
• Group insurance experience of at least one year is an asset
• Excellent written and spoken English and French
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Versatility, autonomy, judgment, integrity, and confidentiality
