Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

This Customer Service Specialist serves as a primary contact for dealers across Canada and the United States. You will process orders, answer product availability questions, and resolve issues through phone, email, and internal systems. The position requires ownership from request through resolution.

• Process and manage orders through phone, email, and online systems
• Answer product availability questions and propose suitable alternatives
• Follow up on open orders and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams on delivery and order problems
• Improve service flow and processes across departments

• Bilingual French and English communication for North American clients
• One to three years in customer service or logistics
• Post-secondary education or three years in landscaping or manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills
