Sports Program Coordinator & Fitness Instructor

Heritage Regional High School seeks a dynamic Student Life Animator to enhance both its Sports Excellence Program and fitness initiatives. This full-time role integrates coordination and fitness instruction, fostering student development effectively.

With a focus split between a 58% Coordinator role in the Sports Excellence Program and a 42% Animator role in fitness and student life, the Student Life Animator will impact both athletes and the wider student body. You’ll oversee program operations while delivering engaging activities that elevate student well-being and involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Sports Excellence Program

• Create and monitor budgets for program activities

• Evaluate student activity needs in collaboration with partners

• Plan and lead engaging school-wide events

• Deliver specialized fitness instruction to students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field

• Relevant experience with youth in educational settings

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Understanding of school operations and student services

• Ability to manage group dynamics and support positive behavior
