VICE-PRINCIPAL CENTENNIAL REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (100%)

This regular position of Vice‑Principal will be available as of July 1, 2026, at Centennial Regional High School located at 880 Hudson Street, Greenfield Park, QC J4V 1H1.

• Assist in the management of pedagogical and administrative matters of the school under the supervision of the Principal to foster success for all students.
• Perform all duties required for the management of programs, resources and related activities as determined by the School Principal.
• Oversee the Educational Project, School Success Plans, Evaluation of Staff, Individual Educational Plans, Student Activities and any local school initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in education or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, certifying a minimum three‑year university program.
• Master’s level degree or Certificate in Educational Administration (completed or in progress).
• Permanent teaching license issued by the Ministre de l’éducation (MEQ).
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.

• Mastery of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Commitment to the integration of students with special needs.
• Excellent understanding of childhood literacy.
• Understanding of Riverside School Board structures and operations.
• Robust knowledge of pedagogical programs and the Quebec Education Program.
• Proven Leadership Skills.

The position falls in Classification 06 for a salary between 90,073$ to 120,093$ per annum according to qualifications and experience, in conformity with the Regulation respecting the Conditions of Employment of Management Staff and School Boards.
