Location: Saint-Lambert
Join Champlain College Saint-Lambert as an hourly instructor to teach Introduction to Residential Real Estate Brokerage, a hybrid course designed for future real estate professionals. Bring your experience to educate and empower students.
This position requires a licensed Real Estate Broker or Agent in Quebec. As an instructor, you’ll provide insight into brokerage practices and responsibilities while helping students craft their career paths and understand market dynamics.
Your role will include a combination of online and in-person teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct students in residential real estate brokerage fundamentals
• Facilitate a supportive learning environment
• Examine real estate market trends with students
• Guide students in business plan creation
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
• Must hold a Real Estate Broker license in Quebec
• Bachelor's degree or minimum six years of relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Capability to conduct hybrid classes effectively
