The Continuing Education Department at Champlain College Saint-Lambert is looking for an instructor to teach course 221-202-MA. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Quebec law relevant to real estate and business. This role blends distance learning with in-person sessions to effectively equip students with vital legal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures on real estate law
• Prepare course content and learning assessments
• Offer student guidance and support
• Ensure strong communication skills in English
• Coordinate with students for in-person class dates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree related to real estate or business
• Licensed in Quebec as a lawyer or notary
• Good standing with the Quebec Bar Association
• Excellent command of English for teaching
• Previous teaching experience is advantageous
