Location: Saint-Lambert
Lead the Internship course at Champlain College Saint-Lambert as a part-time instructor in Fall 2026. Encourage students in their practical applications and clinical skills during this course.
As the instructor for Internship (351-691-LA), your role runs from July 7 to December 18, 2026, providing essential supervision and teaching support for students. Responsibilities include conducting in-person seminars and overseeing individual clinical activities. You will play a critical role in mentoring students as they learn to manage challenges and validate their skills in real-world settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach the Internship course following the designated schedule
• Facilitate individual and small-group supervision efforts
• Aid students in coping strategy application and client integration
• Evaluate crisis situations with follow-up techniques
• Coordinate and oversee student presentations at their placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Two or more years of pertinent teaching experience
• Background in similar program supervision is an asset
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills preferred
• Capability to lead online group and individual sessions
