Vice-Principal Leadership

Position: Vice-Principal Leadership Opportunity
Elevate education as Vice-Principal at Saint Jude Elementary School. This role, from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, centers on program management and enhancing student engagement.

As Vice-Principal, you will work closely with the Principal, overseeing essential pedagogical and administrative functions. Proficiency in English and French is required, along with a thorough understanding of the Quebec Education Program (QEP). Building partnerships within the community is fundamental to supporting student and family success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in school management and operations

• Evaluate staff performance and oversee Individual Educational Plans

• Lead Educational Projects and School Success Plans

• Drive student activities and local initiatives

• Establish communication channels with parents and community partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field

• Master’s degree or Certificate in Educational Administration

• Permanent teaching licence from MELS

• Eight years of relevant experience in education

• Strong leadership and dedication to inclusive education
