JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (350-144-LA).
This course focuses on developing effective communication skills within the professional context of human resources support.
Students will learn to recognize their personal communication style, adapt communication to different contexts, apply strategies and techniques, transmit information accurately, collaborate in teams, and participate in conflict resolution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust have thorough knowledge of and experience in communication, conflict resolution and teamwork techniques and strategies in Human Resources Management.
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology or a related discipline.
Experience in human resources management is an asset.
Experience teaching an adult clientele is an asset.

This course will be delivered online.
Experience with online course delivery platforms such as Zoom, Moodle, LEA and Microsoft Teams is required.
