In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled turbine maintenance, troubleshooting errors, and adhering to Blu Earth’s safety and environmental policies. Ideal candidates will possess a Wind Turbine Technician certificate and prior experience in wind power, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills to excel in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting and service on wind turbines
• Operate and care for technical equipment safely
• Conduct status checks on turbine performance
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate logs
• Service mechanical components as requested
Requirements:
• Wind Turbine Technician certificate or equivalent training
• Minimum two years in wind power industry preferred
• Familiarity with industry standard SCADA systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Physically able to perform manual labor up to 50 lbs
