You will diagnose process deviations and establish rigorous standards to enhance efficiency and quality. The position requires a strong blend of engineering acumen and teamwork, given its importance in enhancing field operations and supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor process standards for quality

• Diagnose and analyze process deviations effectively

• Propose innovative process concepts and flow diagrams

• Perform mass balances using simulation software

• Supervise testing of new technologies and equipment
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biotechnological, or mechanical engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pulp and paper industry

• Strong diagnostic skills and team collaboration

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Availability for travel as required
