Location:
Longueuil, Quebec – Monday to Friday, flexible hours, exclusively on‑site.
- Work in collaboration with production teams and manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment.
- Perform capacity analysis for the various production lines.
- Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand.
- Manage the implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects.
- Plan shop layout modifications related to the installation of new equipment or equipment moves.
- Develop strategic plans, including core business definition and introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry
4.0 fundamentals. - Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting the business needs and vision.
- Bachelor of engineering with 5years or more of experience in project management.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual English/French (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and MS‑Project.
- Knowledge of SAP (asset).
