Job Title
Specialist Development of Component Overhaul Instructions
LocationSaint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada – Full-time, Monday–Friday, on site.
Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and approve clean–inspection–repair instructions used by MRO shops worldwide.
- Develop instructions to repair component defects (corrosion, cracking, deformation, wear, dents, dimensional deviations, etc.) in accordance with substantiation standards.
- Ensure repaired components meet original design intent and airworthiness requirements.
- Evaluate damage on parts in real time and design technical solutions for reintroduction into P&W engines.
- Collaborate with technical writers, illustrators, and engineering disciplines to draft and substantiate instructions.
- Act as strategic contact point for queries from MRO shops, Program & Engineering Quality, and SMS.
- Coordinate the creation and revision of technical publications and manage budgets for new engine programs.
- Lead entry‑into‑service activities, provide technical training, and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Utilize PLM tools and support intellectual property liaison activities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience.
- 7+ years progressive experience in aerospace, aftermarket, operations, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Ability to manage product performance and delivery while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Capability to translate technical data into actionable plans and strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, ENOVIA, SAP.
- Knowledge of P&W engines.
- Strong French language environment; excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
