• Build and lead a brand‑current Product Cost Optimization team within the organization.
• Drive and consolidate total product cost optimization strategies across the enterprise for both legacy and NPI products.
• Analyze the entire product lifecycle holistically to identify cost‑saving opportunities, from initial design to supply chain management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize profitability and operational efficiency in response to rising cost escalations.
• Promote the adoption of simplified design methodologies, such as Design to Cost (D2C) and Design for Manufacturing (D4M).
• Negotiate and optimize supplier contracts to secure better financial terms and value.
• Streamline production processes by leveraging automation and emerging technologies.
• Track and monitor optimization initiatives to protect and enhance the company's profit margins.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Solid background in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
• Proven knowledge in management and leadership, capable of leading project teams.
