Become a Technical Implementation Engineer I with Landis+Gyr and tackle complex technical issues across departments. This role requires strong customer service and bilingual skills to enhance utility solutions.
In this entry-level position, you will be an escalation point for technical challenges, working closely with teams in Development, Engineering, SQA, Product Management, and Project Management. Your expertise in two-way electric AMI technology and strong documentation skills will ensure effective problem resolution and knowledge transfer among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own test environments to support deployments
• Create use-case scenarios for Grid Stream system
• Support System Acceptance Testing for new customers
• Monitor First Article Testing processes
• Develop standard operating procedures for system elements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with software and hardware solutions
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Utility operations experience preferred
