Estimator and Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and establish project estimating plans
• Prepare detailed estimates in Hard Dollar
• Engage with subcontractors for bid evaluations
• Lead project execution and change management
• Organize historical job costing data for future references
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in civil construction project management
• Proven experience in estimation and negotiations
• Engineering qualifications or relevant experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
