We seek a technically skilled individual to lead sourcing and manufacturing for next-generation aircraft engines. In this position, you will actively engage in supplier collaborations, risk assessments, and innovations, supporting the development and optimization of critical engine components in a highly controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive negotiations for long-term agreements
• Develop multi-sourcing strategies for supply chain resilience
• Monitor industrial validation milestones for readiness
• Coordinate project requirements across diverse teams
• Assess technology readiness for manufacturing
Requirements:
• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
• Over 10 years in aerospace component industrialisation
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with TRL/MRL frameworks
• Experience with digital tools and analytics
