Overview

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Advanced Industrialization Industrial Engineers, enhancing the manufacturability of aerospace components. Lead the transition of creative technologies into effective manufacturing processes at Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee advanced aerospace component industrialization strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing for readiness assessments
- Develop and validate advanced manufacturing processes
- Implement Design for Cost, Manufacturability, and Assembly principles
- Drive digital tool assessments for enhanced manufacturing
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering disciplines
- 10+ years in aerospace or high-specification manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials and processes
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Expertise in project management and risk assessment
