Why join our team  The Processes Development Engineer will be responsible for the development, implementation and industrialization of a multitude of manufacturing processes mainly on machining technologies. The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Responsibilities   Develop manufacturing processes related to machining technology
Support production by resolving complex technical issues
Monitor laboratory activities and evaluate the resulting reports
Ensure compliance with the development process and milestones for manufacturing technology development
Contribute to design teams to improve product manufacturability
Collaborate in the acquisition, optimization, and investigation of manufacturing equipment
Qualifications   Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering
3 years of experience in development of manufacturing processes or manufacturing technology support
Knowledge of metallurgy laboratory equipment
Basic knowledge of technical drawing
Focused on multidisciplinary teamwork and leadership
Strong work ethic
Initiative and autonomy
Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms, and to write and communicate with customers, suppliers or international colleagues
