BPA is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Building Technician with 5 to 8 years of experience in building electrical systems. You will utilize your strong skills in AutoCAD to produce electrical drawings and conduct technical site surveys. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, analyzing existing conditions to develop effective solutions tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD

• Conduct technical site surveys and document findings

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate data

• Update as-built drawings to meet industry standards

• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• College diploma in electrical engineering or related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience in building electrical systems

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD design

• Experience conducting field surveys in existing buildings

• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and building systems
