Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field surveys and structural evaluations

• Execute analyses for diverse structural materials

• Create designs for building rehabilitation

• Participate in creating technical documentation and assessments

• Verify construction adherence to specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural specialization

• 5 years of building structural engineering experience

• Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec

• Valid engineering stamp

• In-depth knowledge of asset management principles
