Revamp is looking for a Power Systems Studies Engineer dedicated to performing critical EMT studies, including transient overvoltage and recovery voltage analysis. This role integrates the use of PSCAD and EMTP-RV tools to analyze core power system functions. Your work will directly contribute to Revamp's mission of promoting environmentally sustainable solutions in energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute transient studies and analyze insulation coordination
• Develop simulations for equipment duty under various conditions
• Compile structured reports for utility and client review
• Collaborate with teams on project designs and discussions
• Maintain precise project documentation for engineering tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering required, Master’s preferred
• 2+ years in power systems studies experience
• Strong ability with EMT tools like PSCAD
• Knowledge in power flow and harmonic analysis principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
